Carbon Veneer BoardsSuper strong Carbon EXO-Skeleton Veneer MOLDED board !! - We call it our DRAGON SKIN construction, that involves an extremely complicated process requiring 3 vacumn baggings for each layer of composite. Shown in Australian Pine, we can make in Ebony, Walnut, Cherrywood, Bermese Teak, Walnut, WengeSpecial Order onlyThis is Carbon Veneer EXO-skeleton MOLDED board with multidirection reinforcements. Cutting Veneer diagonally tends to result in higher usage but the only way to get more than longitudinal strength on lamination. The carbon "safety cage" locks the board into a indestructible frame much like a NASCAR race car. Truly a combination of ART & SCIENCELamination Process and Construction:-We have epoxy molds of this design in 9'6" (x 29.7 in wide x 4.1 in thick), 10'6" ( x 29.5 wide x 4.5 in thick )and 11' ( x 30.8 in wide x 4.6 in thick )
